Construct budget with input from each committee member
Compile camping reservation database - give info to Russ
Raffle - get contributions, dowels, feet, toppers, and handle ticket sales
Make up registration packets for each carver and instructor with class tickets, etc
Maintain the front desk throughout the week
Coordinate volunteers for set-up, clean-up and daily chores
Maintain an accounting of all financial matters.
