artist and author Ivan Whillock. Chris has been carving his entire life and has taught workshops
throughout the US.

Class Spirit face
1 day class - materials $10 to $20
(All Skill Levels Welcome!) Learn to carve your own spirit faces in this
hands-on workshop. Chris will take each student through a step-by-step
face with special concentration on facial features including eyes, nose,
mouth, beards, hair, and more. Each student will receive a Spirit
Carving Kit (included in price) that contains a full-color, step-by-step
photo page, a Design-Your-Own Spirit chart, a Spirit Photo Gallery and
a copy of the “Legend of the Wood Spirit”. Basic palm tools and a detail
knife are recommended. All skill level carvers are welcome ... additional
materials will be available for purchase.
