Raffle:
Each attendee is expected to bring a completed cane segment. Size 2 x 2
x3 with an 11/16th hole predrilled. These will be assembled into friendship
canes and raffled off on Friday.  Segments should be turned in by
Wednesday afternoon.
Each attendee will be given
one raffle ticket when they register. Additional
tickets will be available for purchase.  The sale of the tickets will help
off-set any other costs that we might occur...so buy lots and lots !!!

Ornament exchange:
Each attendee is encouraged to bring Christmas ornaments for an
exchange which will take place just before the trade blanket. You may
bring as many ornaments as you wish.

Trade Blanket:
An individual offers any item and places it in the middle of the blanket.
People then offer "trades" by placing their item on the edges of the
blanket.  The orginal person then can choose which item to accept for
trade, or say "no trade" to all offers.  Lot's of fun & laughs.

What about food?
Even though we have lots of restaurants in the area we try to keep
everything convenient and inexpensive for you right on the fair grounds.
Lunches are able to be purchased on site, for a reasonable cost, thanks to
Brenda who brings her grill to the GOW every year. Monday evening we
have a social with soft drinks and snacks available at no charge. Tuesday
evening is the Chili Dump. Bring a can of chili or throw $5 per person in
the kitty. Wednesday evening is pot luck so bring a plate to pass or throw
$5 per person in the kitty. Thursday evening dinner is on your own. Friday
evening is a no-charge hot dog and chips. Coffee is available until noon
every day and maybe later if it is cool outside.
