If you are traveling through the Huntsville area, this park is a must stay if you want beauty and quite.  I have stayed at both the primitive site and full hook-up site.

A fire ring is the only item available at the primitive sites.  If you need a table, bring your own.  However, these sites are also the quietest.  It has a gravel road  so RV's do not venture back into this area.  But also understand, this is the area Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts like to stay.  So look around before selecting a site.

There is a nice little store on the park offering most basic camping needs such as ice, water, and picinic items.  A coin laundary is located on the backside of the store.  The campground host usally has firewood for sale.

The bathhouse has showers.
