Lebanon, TN
I was very pleased when I pulled into Cedars State Park.  The park
boasts three large campgrounds.  Campground 1 located directly
behind the camper registration is geared mainly for big rigs.  If
you are looking for a large pull through site, this one is your choice.
Campground 2 has 42 sites (but were a little close for my taste).
Then there is Campground 3, which has the largest area, but the
least amount of sites (30).  Now we are talking.  Every site has
water and electric and each campgound has its own bathhouse.
The camper registation office is listed as a "camp store", but the
only items for sale is ice, firewood and ice cream.
Cedars is very family oriented.  It has everything from softball
fields to tennis courts; from disc golf to a full size pool; from
horseback riding to hiking trails; from cabins to campsites.
I camped within Campground 3, site 21.  This site was just close
enough to the bathhouse for easy use, but far enough away so I
was not bothered with the noise that is assoiciated with its use.

Campground 3
Trees all around.
This was a very
shady site.
Looking straight
up through the
trees from the
middle of my site.
Took this of
myself.
Wearing my old
glasses until the
new ones come in.
All set up and
ready for evening.
The entranse sign
to the park is on
the opposite side
of the road from
the ent.
