Nativity Scene

I always try to start with a cutout because it saves the wear and tear on my knifes when removing "empty" wood.

I've completed the carving, but haven't sanded as of yet.

I dipped in boiled linseed oil and applied 3 coats of matte spray to seal it.

The linseed oil really brings out the woodgrain.
