Fort Massac SP is a nice campground. When we camped there it was clean and well maintained. Site
size is OK, very level and with decent spacing. Water spigots are spaced well apart. The feeling I got
from this campground was more like a large picnic area 'made into a campground'. Now don't get me
wrong, it's not, but with the openness and lack on trees on the interior loop, that was the impression I
received. The sites are a basic gravel "driveway". Picnic tables and grills are in the grass.
